The policies of the Corporation are formulated by the Board of Directors and whenever needed got approved from the Government of Tamil Nadu and implemented.
Wherever needed views of the public are heard for the growth of Corporation business. However, there are no mandatory rules to ensure the public participation in formulation and implementation of the business policies of this Corporation.
