All the benefits like EPF, ESI etc facility will also be provided to all citizens hired through this new system. This process will not only prevent the exploitation of employees working on a contractual basis but will also play a very important role in ensuring transparency and adequate employment opportunities for qualified candidates.

- First of all, you have to go to the hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in which is the official website of the Haryana Skill Employment Corporation.
- On the home page, you have to click on the registration option.
- After this, you will have to give information related to your work experience.
- Now a new page will open on your screen.
- On this page, you have to enter the family id.
- Now you have to click on the display member’s option.
- After that, you have to choose your name.
- Now you will receive an OTP on your mobile number which you will have to enter in the OTP box & verify.
