JNVST Waiting List 2024 Reservation Criteria

The reservation percentage varies for each category when it comes to securing a seat at Navodaya Vidyalaya. Navodaya Vidyalaya is designed for families who cannot afford the educational expenses of their children. Hence, entry is granted to students considering different reservation categories for those children.

  • Students from rural areas are provided with a 75% seat reservation.
  •   15% of seats are allocated for SC and 7.5% for ST.
